September 17, Cambridge Common – Cambridge welcomes Cindy Sheehan and the Bring The Troops Home Caravan from Camp Casey in Crawford, TX. The Cambridge Camp was named after Alex Arredondo, a Marine Lance Corporal from Eastern Massachusetts, killed in Iraq in January 2003. His father Carlos Arredondo, his stepmother, and his grandmother had brought photos of Alex, a letter from him, and his boots.
